I. Preface
Yarn Master (hereinafter referred to as "we") is operated by FLYFISH TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED. This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Google Play Developer Policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other global laws, regulations, and platform rules, as well as the control rights you have over your information.
Before using the Yarn Master application (hereinafter referred to as "this App"), please carefully read and understand this Policy. By clicking "Agree" or continuing to use the Services, you fully acknowledge and agree to our processing of your information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please immediately cease using the App.
This Policy covers all services you use through this App, embedded functions of the Google Play Store, third-party SDKs, and APIs, and is fully compliant with the disclosure requirements of Google Play's "Data Safety Center".
II. Personal Information We Collect
We strictly adhere to the principle of "data minimization" and only collect necessary information to fulfill service functions and comply with Google Play's policy requirements:
(I) Essential Personal Information
1. Account Registration and Login:
- When registering with an email address, we collect your email address. When logging in with a third-party account (e.g., Google Account), we obtain public information (such as avatar, nickname) with your prior consent.
- Complies with Google Play's "Account Governance" requirements to ensure traceability of the account registration process.
2. Service Operation Support:
- Automatically collect device information (hardware model, operating system version, device identifiers such as AAID/OAID/IDFV, App version), network information (network type, IP address), and service logs (operation records, crash logs) for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
- Collection of information related to the READ_PHONE_STATE permission is prohibited, in compliance with Google Play's permission policy requirements.
(II) Non-Essential Personal Information
1. Profile Completion:
Voluntarily provided information such as gender and date of birth, which is only used to optimize content recommendations. Refusal to provide this information will not affect basic usage.
2. Function Usage-Related Information:
- When setting or changing your avatar, access to camera and photo gallery permissions is required with your authorization. Image data is only processed temporarily and will be encrypted for storage or deleted immediately after use.
- Behavioral information (such as search terms, browsing history, like records, collection records, playback history) collected for personalized recommendations can be disabled at any time in "Settings - Privacy".
3. Location and Advertising-Related Information:
- With your authorization, approximate location (city-level) is obtained via IP address for regional content recommendations; precise location information is not collected.
- To provide advertising services, we collect the Android Advertising ID (AAID), which you can reset or disable through your device's "Settings - Google - Ads".
(III) Mandatory Disclosure Information for Google Play
In accordance with the requirements of the platform's "Data Safety Form", the following information collection behaviors will be publicly disclosed on the Google Play Store page:

III. Rules for Using Personal Information
(I) Core Usage Scenarios
- Providing core services: Supporting basic functions such as account management, video playback, and content search.
- Security and compliance: Identifying malicious programs through device information and logs, in compliance with Google Play's "Harmful Apps" control requirements.
- Experience optimization: Improving playback smoothness and recommendation accuracy based on behavioral data; not used for unauthorized purposes.
- Age-related experience: Starting from January 1, 2026, age signals are obtained through the Google Play Age Signals API solely for providing age-appropriate content; raw age data is not stored.
(II) Restrictions on Advertising and Third-Party Cooperation
- Advertising delivery only uses Google Play-certified advertising SDKs (e.g., AdMob), and all partners are required to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
- If you are an EU user, we will not use your data for cross-app tracking advertising unless we obtain your separate consent.
- California users can disable the sharing of their personal information with third parties for commercial purposes by selecting the "Settings - Privacy - Opt Out of Data Selling" option.
IV. Sharing and Transfer of Personal Information
(I) Boundaries for Third-Party Sharing
- With Your Explicit Consent: We only share necessary information with designated third parties (e.g., account nickname when sharing content on social platforms) upon your active authorization.
2. Restrictions on Service Partners:
- When sharing data with cloud storage providers (e.g., Google Cloud), payment institutions, and SDK suppliers, we strictly restrict the scope of use and require them to implement the same level of security protection.
- Synchronously disclose the list of third-party SDKs and their data processing behaviors (see Appendix to this Policy), in compliance with Google Play's SDK compliance requirements.
- Legal and Platform Requirements: Disclose necessary information in response to legitimate requests from judicial authorities or mandatory requirements of Google Play policies, and promptly notify you (unless prohibited by law).
(II) Rules for Changes in Operating Entities
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or other change in the operating entity, we will require the new entity to continue complying with this Policy and notify you via an in-App pop-up 7 working days in advance. You have the right to choose whether to continue using the Services.
V. Storage and Protection of Personal Information
(I) Storage Standards
- Storage Location: Your personal information is stored on Google Cloud servers located in Singapore or the United States, in compliance with cross-border data transmission rules.
2. Storage Period:
- Account information: Anonymized within 180 days after account cancellation (in compliance with Google Play's account deletion requirements).
- Behavioral information: Automatically deleted 12 months after last use.
- Advertising-related information: Immediately deleted after the user disables the AAID.
(II) Security Protection Measures
- Technical Level: Adopt SSL/TLS encrypted transmission, AES-256 storage encryption, device fingerprint verification, and other technologies, and pass Google Play's App security scans.
- Emergency Response: In the event of a data breach, we will notify you via in-App announcements and emails within 72 hours, and simultaneously report to Google Play and relevant regulatory authorities (in compliance with GDPR requirements).
VI. Your Rights Regarding Personal Information (Compliant with Google Play and Global Laws)
(I) Exercise of Basic Rights
- Inquiry and Correction: Operate in real-time in "Personal Center - Settings - Privacy - Data Management" after logging in.
- Withdrawal of Authorization: Manage various permissions through your device's "App Info - Yarn Master - Permissions". Withdrawal of authorization will not affect the legitimate use of historical data.
- Data Export: Apply for one-click export in the "Data Management" page, supporting CSV format download. We will complete the processing within 7 working days.
(II) Google Play-Specific Rights
- Permanent Account Deletion: You can apply for permanent account deletion via "Settings - Account & Security - Cancel Account". We will complete the deletion of all data within 30 days and synchronize the cancellation status to Google Play.
- Advertising Permission Management: Jump to the Google Ads settings page via "Settings - Privacy - Ad Settings" to reset or disable the AAID.
- Complaints and Feedback: If you have objections to data processing, you can contact our customer service or submit a request through the Google Play "Help & Feedback" channel.
VII. Age Verification and Minor Protection
- Age Rating Control: This App is classified as "Suitable for ages 12 and above" in accordance with Google Play's content rating standards. Short dramas containing mild fantasy violence will be marked with warnings.
2. Minor Protection Measures:
- Users under the age of 13 are required to provide guardian consent proof; otherwise, account registration will be restricted.
- Personalized advertising and content payment functions are disabled for minor accounts, and no additional personal information is collected.
- Guardians can contact customer service to request inquiry or deletion of minor account data, subject to providing identity verification documents.
VIII. Policy Revisions and Platform Synchronization
- If revisions to this Policy are required due to updates to Google Play policies (e.g., API adjustments, changes to data disclosure requirements), we will publicly notify you in the App 30 days in advance and synchronously update the information on the "Data Safety" page of the Google Play Console.
- Before the revised Policy takes effect, you will be prompted to read it via a pop-up. Continuing to use the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
